Dr O'Donnell & Partners is a traditional four doctor community family practice set in Farnham, Surrey.  Though long established, the Practice relocated to its current purpose built premises at the Farnham Centre for Health & Hospital 5 years ago.

The Practice has a track record of innovation being the first in Farnham to have a website, offer on-line repeat prescription ordering and GP appointments.  And, more e-services are under development .

Dr O'Donnell & Partners sets themselves high standards for the quality of patient care and service.  We have scored consistently high points in the Quality & Outcomes Framework which was introduced in 2004 to measure the quality of clinical care across GP practices.  In 2007-8 we scored 100% building on the 99+% achievement in the previous four years.  In a recent Health Service Journal survey, Dr O'Donnell & Partners was reported to have a low patient exception rates for their quality indicators of just 5.5% compared to 7.4% nationally and a 7.9% Surrey average.
